Very good alternative
I find these a really good alternative to ordinary pasta because they taste good as well as being lower in carbs & calories. they are much more brittle than ordinary pasta so you have to be careful as they very easily breakup and go everywhere, they are ok once cooked, which only takes 4 minutes. They are quite expensive which is the only drawback.

Low carb tastes great slightly chewy pasta
It kind of reminds me of spinach pasta with a really good flavour. It cooks in normal pasta time in a normal pasta way. Particularly good covered in cheese sauce and cheese under the grill! High protein so pretty filling as well.
