This item does what the advertisers say it will do, nothing more or less. It is extremely practical and gets you warm fairly quickly. In effect it is a scaled down electric blanket, easy to use BUT beware as ALL the instructions are in Chinese. I simply took a photo on my phone and the next time I went to have my Nails done at "Co-Co's" just asked the girl to translate. Dead easy. Worth the money in my opinion and the delivery was fast as well.
