DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON K2 AND FIND OUT ALL THE IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS IT PROVIDES . IT HAS HELPED MY SPINAL STENOSIS MY HELPING ELIMINATE CALCIUM FROM MY SPINAL CANAL AND CALCIFIED JOINTS .

My feet cramp badly at night (while dreaming, wake me up and I have to walk it off) and I haven't been able to eliminate -- tried magnesium, calcium, sodium, capscasin around my ankles and behind my knees to increase circulation at night, massaging with magnesium/water every night, a special pillow my feet rest up against, and more... I read a recent medical review for K2's benefit in relieving this and thought I'd try -- and it has done wonders. Not completely eliminated but on nights I do experience, it resolves quickly without having to address. I take 2 pills (200 mcg - in the clinical trial they took 180 mcg) + a D3 at night with dinner (that contains fat -- important), followed by calcium. (I take 2 tums for calcium carbonate after this, and one calcium citrate in the morning.)

There are two variants of vitamin K2 which is considered acceptable. (M-bigword) (MK4) & (M-bigword) (MK7). This is the MK4 version. I give in a 5 because best I can tell it's not synthetic. Vitamin K2 moves calcium from your soft tissue to the bones & teeth. When taken with Vitamin D3 they work together. Am I receiving a benefit from this ??? I really can't say, because I can't see in. I've taken it for years, so I believe I do.
