The Fiber35 Diet FitSmart Shakes, Vanilla- 1lb 5oz

I've been using Protein shakes for quite awhile to start my day - I came across this one - it caught my eye bcuz of the protein/fiber ration and relatively low calories -and truly LOVE it ! It satisfies me and keeps me full a long time - much longer thanmy 'old' just protein drinks ever did.I sometimes add kind of alot of things to it - just because thats how I like to begin my day - wheat germ, cinnamon, chia seeds, + almonds - but even when I don't add all 'that' - it satisfies me and keeps me going hungry free much much longerthan the just protein drinks did. I keep an extra can on hand because I don't wantto be without it ! GREAT PRODUCT - for me anyway!

I am sorry I kept it, but I had to decide which was worse, the returning or drinking the shakes. What happens is I don't drink the shakes as often as I should because I hate the taste so much..

Love the taste of this vanilla shake, especially when blending it with loads of fresh organic frozen strawberries - yummy! I add a little bit of stevia for a bit more sweetening, but really don't need to. I also blend it with just plain water if at work and it does the trick to curb my appetite. I love the fact that both the fiber and protein are high. Trying to get 80 grams of protein and 35 fiber a day is not that easy unless you have this shake on hand. I recommend it.

This is the best of the best Fit Smart Shakes and all others that I have tried, full of fiber and Protein, I add frozen fruit and WOW what a great tasting meal replacement shake,Old Fashioned Vanilla is the best for us, don't buy at a health food store their cost is very high, my girlfriend bought one here at a health food store in Des Moines and it was twice the price compared to on line price from Amazon, so get smart and buy Fit Smart Shake....
