Problem Solved
I received a ticket for having a license plate frame that supposedly obstructed the view of the month and year stickers. I admit that it slightly covered part of the year sticker but you could still discern the year. It was of an older type from back when LE wasn't as obnoxious about tag displays that were legally in compliance. I don't believe people driving around with expired tag stickers buy these type of products in hope of evading LE contact. Okay, rant over. I like this product because it allows me to display pride in my fraternity and conforms to tag display laws.

so this plate looks a lot better in pics and in person. the quality doesn't really seem there but its a frame not the car or plate itself.
