Great for wiring HVAC components
Bought these to use on wires for boards in furnaces and defrost boards. They seem to work well so far. The large qty. was nice since all I could find local were small packs.

I purchased the same quantity of male and female for some wiring projects on my Jeep JK. Everything has worked awesome so far! Shipping was fast & you can't beat getting 100 of these for a low price!

I am owed three more of these connectors
First time I ever counted items like this and lo and behold there were only 97 connectors in the sealed package I received.

Looks kinda cheap
I can not use a crimping tool on theses. It will not crimp down enough to hold the wire.

Cheap tin, poor tolerances
This shouldn't be a complicated process - slide the spade out of the sheath, thread the wire through the sheath and into the spade, crimp the spade and return the sheath over the spade. Or sometimes you can just leave the sheath in place and crimp through it, but I at least like to see how the crimp looks. But these spades are so thin and soft they deform easily, and they don't crimp nicely onto thin wire. The result is a flimsy connection and a poor fit to the battery terminals, so you'll end up pinching down on the spadette to get a better grip on the battery. They get the job done so I didn't give them 1 star, but f you want good spades that will last a lot of uses, these aren't it. And the sheath doesn't always come off nicely if you want it to, but on some it's so loose the spadette falls out when you aren't looking. Basically, someone figured out the minimum characteristics needed for a female spade, and manufactured it.
