Excellent customer service.
The colour cartridge was rejected by my printer. However I contacted the supplier and although I didn't come to try and use the cartridge until several months after purchase, they provided suggestions as to how to get it to work. When that didn't work, they supplied a replacement, which arrived the following day. We were delighted with the service and the second cartridge worked just fine.
