The product is much as advertised. There was a problem with delivery, however, after complaining, the company promptly apologised and sent a new package plus another set as a gift to compensate for the delay. There quick response was much appreciated.

I received my products promptly. Only to find that the inner hoops for the embroidery hoops had slivers of thin metal sticking out. In some parts the wood was raw an unfinished. Either I got a bad batch or they are cheaply made.
