Set of 20 Veritek 14x1.5mm Gloss Black Spline Drive Tuner Lug Nuts w/Key 1.40 Inch for Aftermarket Custom Wheels

First of all, the only thing that is packaged by itself is the tool to install/remove these lug nuts. All the rest of the lug nuts are in a separate bag banging against each other. I did notice some minor chips on a few lug nuts. The two bags are separated by bubble wrap from each other, not sure why it was decided to ship like this.These lug nuts will allow for some theft deterrence and slightly better looks if you want to get rid of the chrome lug nuts with the black GM SS wheels. If viewed directly from the side, you can see GM did not paint all of the wheel behind the lug nuts. These black lug nuts will allow more of that unpainted area to show. From normal angles, the unpainted area doesn't show. These lug nuts are also about 25 grams lighter each than the beefy stock lug nuts. They almost seem too small for the wheel, and torquing them to the recommended 140 lb/ft was a worrying experience. The tool has seven contact surfaces to grip these lug nuts, and I did not notice any galling of the surface after torquing them on. Overall, for the price, these would be fine for street use, but hard track use may prove to be too much as it seems the contact surface is reduced compared to the stock wheels.

I’ve had these on my car for 3 weeks as of writing this review and there is already rust on the lug nuts. I do not live in a place where it snows so I do not drive my car through salt. Avoid at all cost!

They seem strong and the finish is high quality. Have removed them a few times and look just as new as when I got them. No rust or corrosion.

Beware of the it screws on concept of"it fits"Because they are little peanut lands and not for every set of rims for the model specified.

Added new wheels to my Tesla and these worked perfect! I did buy an extra key just in case!

Are use these with a set of wheels ordered from American muscle for my Mustang that required smaller diameter Lugnuts.Appear to be good quality with clean machine work and a good fit by the spline driver key. Factory Lugnuts are two piece deal with a solid steel core and a sheet metal covering which tends to distort and swell after repeated use these are superior in every way.

Very well made and a great fit for wheels that require a smaller lug nut size and factory thread. Just don’t lose your spline tool or you’ll be searching for another. I went to two shops that did not have this size in a spline tool. So while these are not keyed a less common size is a good enough threat deterrent. Looks good on my gunmetal grey wheels as well.

These black spline lug nuts are for my black OHM rims on my Tesla. They really look great and make the expensive rims much harder to steal. I found the merchant (out of CA) very professional and easy and informative to deal with.
