Gets the job done, no muss, no fuss!
I've been using tankless water heaters for close to 20 years now. Any time I have had an old school tank style heater go out it gets replaced with a tankless. You can spend a lot more for a tankless heater than these go for but when you look at the specs this one gets the job done for a reasonable price, is easy to install and does what it's supposed to, heats water. For a clean and safe installation just make sure you use the included compression fittings then attach your incoming and outgoing water lines to these fittings. In my case I was coupling to PEX so I hit the hardware store and snagged 2 - Sharkbite 90 degree couplers and another 2 - straight connectors, a Sharkbite quick action valve for the incoming water side, a 6' stick of 1/2" copper tubing and a tubing cutter. When your home is plumbed with PVC or PEX Niagra recommends using 3' of copper tubing between the heater and your plastic plumbing connections and the Sharkbite couplers make this a snap. Just double check your measurements, cut the tubing and make sure you get the tubing completely engaged into the connectors and your plumbing side of the installation is about as easy as it gets. For my installation I cut 2 - 2" pieces of the copper tubing to attach directly to the supplied compression fittings for the inlet and outlet fittings then a 90 degree Sharkbite coupler so my tubing runs down the wall beside the heater. Then I just took the remainder of the 6' stick of copper tubing and cut it in half then used inline Sharkbite connectors to attach to my PEX plumbing. On the electrical side make sure you follow Niagras recommendation for your incoming wire size and breaker requirements and you're done!Once you're finished you'll have all the on demand hot water you could ever want. This tankless heater has hot water to any fitting in my home in no more time than it takes for the cold water sitting in the lines to be pushed out and replaced with the water coming from the heater. Now you'll just need to decide what to do with all the space left over where your old tank style heater was since these wall mount tankless water heaters take up almost no space ... Bonus!

Works great
Saves me a fortune in water heating in Florida, I doubt it would work up north where the ground water is super cold

Titan 11.8kw Florida
I just installed this 11.8kw water heater. I live in south Florida and I feel like I could have done better with a smaller one. Even on the lowest setting it is still pretty hot and the highest setting is take your skin off hot.My old Titan water heater had a turn knob to adjust the temperature and I wish this one had that.It also seems to fluctuate a good bit for the first 45 seconds or so each time you turn it on so be careful with that.Other then that it does a great job

Very cost effective and reliable
This is my second Titan heater. This is a replacement for one that lasted almost 20 years.I was impressed with first plus all connections were already in place making replacement a 15 min job.Made in USA.

My 2nd Titan, 1st lasted 17 years!
This is my second Titan tankless water heater. My 1st one was purchased in 2004 and lasted 17 years. It experience severe water saturation during the Freeze here in Texas in February when my pipes shattered near it. I put that one on in 2004 and replaced this one in 18 minutes. Love these "tankless" water heaters. unlimited hot water and not wasting the electricity to boil 50 gallons of water continuously with the traditional tank water heater, and you run out! Best investment for money savings and this was less than $250.00! Win-Win- and WIN!

Tiny house approved
We used this for my mother in law's tiny house and it works perfect. It doesn't take up much space and it gets the water really hot and instantly as well.
