A Little Bit of Astrology: An Introduction to the Zodiac (Little Bit Series) (Volume 14) Hardcover – November 6, 2018

I’m just getting into astrology a little bit to supplement my tarot reading, and this book was a wonderful intro! It went through each major aspect of each sign and important elements of astrology in the framework of a metaphor. This made it much easier to follow and made this subject feel much more accessible. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in the topic!

Upon first appearance, it's beautiful and I'm so excited to read this book! I will further update once I have read it to give a fully honest review. I'm a little bummed theres only one page with pictures (as I flipped through.) However, I love how it is sectioned nicely and seems to easy to understand. I like how it goes into detail about cardinal, fixed and mutable (I know nothing about.) From what I've flipped through, this book seems to make this information easily usable in real life.

What I love about this book is the intentional and strategic structure in service of the function to educate. This book strings lyrics of personal empowerment into this incredible symphony of relational dynamics. Built from the orchestra pit out to the audience, it invites the audience into a show, that while performed magnificently in another language, is easily intuitive. The linguistic nuance and astrological mastery is so simple, yet brilliant. Anyone can enjoy the concert of the stars on display here. Highly highly recommend for people like me, new to astrology.

I love this book! Each section is thoughtfully laid out and designed; each sign is treated with such loving reverence and care! This is in NO WAY your average, dime a dozen, blanketed cliched astrology book (you know the exact type I am referring too- the kind where you feel slightly insulted by the gross generalization, brutalized by the rampant "hack and slash" indignities of how common they make such a sacred art, and repulsed by the stink of how "everyone thinks they know astrology"!), this is truly a love letter written by a close friend illumination the intricate beauties of you. Just you. Like the one person in all the world that could look you in the eyes and say "I see you". Even as I am writing this I'm crying because in all candor, for once astrology and it's supple expressive significance in our little lives is treated with sacredness, and thus by such loving difference, so are we. This book is severely underpriced for how exceptional it is. I hope you buy it and feel it's immersive beauty as I did. <3

I read half of this book in 1 sitting, I couldn't put it down! It is clear, captivating, and educational. I was touched by the way the signs were described and how I could connect that to the people I know. It was like listening to a friend speak. This is a must-read!

The zodiac wheel on the cover is inaccurate in relation to the houses each sign rules. Could be misleading to someone new to astrology. But other than that great read!

Truly helped me understand astrology more! I loved this book! Super informative with everything I wanted to know! Such a great book for beginners! It helps that the book is super cute too!

It's a solid choice for beginners, but the information on houses is a bit lacking, so definitely look that up. It suffices to say that this is an introduction and there is still so much more to learn.
