Zyllion Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager - Cordless Rechargeable 3D Kneading Massage Pillow with Heat for Muscle Pain Relief - Black (ZMA-13RB-BK)

I bought the Zyllion Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager - Cordless Rechargeable 3D Kneading Massage Pillow from Amazon on 11th August 2023. I had a similar massage pillow (not cordless) for many years. When it finally stopped working, I ordered this new massage pillow PRIMARILY because it is cordless. My new purchase was delivered next day. It came with a UK 3 pin plug charger. The massage pillow is very well made, light to carry and looks very smart. Most of all, being cordless, it is very convenient for use anywhere. I use it indoors and in the garden. I was very happy with it until October 2023. Something was wrong with the plug. It would not charge, so the massage pillow would not work. I contacted Amazon because it is under one year guarantee. But Amazon stated that I need to contact the seller (Zyllion) because it was more than 30 days old. I was EXTREMELY annoyed. Eventually, I emailed the seller’s customer services in America on 9th January this year. I explained the situation and they sent me a new US 2 pin plug. They said it would take between 7 to 10 business days to arrive. I received it yesterday (18TH January). Being a US 2 pin plug, I ordered a USA to UK 3 pin plug adaptor from Amazon. The massage pillow is in good working order now. Hopefully, it should work for many years without any problems. This review is to say a BIG thank you to the Zyllion’s customer services. They have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend their products and they have first class customer services if they are needed.

Wanted a good neck massager as I do a lot of driving plus train 3-5 times a week so needed something to relieve all the stress and pressure, not only does it work really well but also which is very important is more than strong enough to get rid of knots and deep tissue massage . Also works brilliantly on the calves as well which is a big plus. Being battery operated is a massive plus as it makes it completely portable.

[edit] I am putting this us from 3 to 4 star, as I still use it often, and it works great. The heat is still useless, and the plug adaptor was a mess, but as a portable massage pillow it is great. [original review] The massager itself is ok and feels sturdy, but although the red light goes on, have felt next to no heat. Knocking off one star due to promise of heat being one of the main reasons I purchased it. The cost without heat feels too high. The direction of the rotating ‘balls’ swaps by itself every so often, which is annoying. Would have much preferred being able to choose which way. The plug given with its UK converter is a travesty, and knocking a point off for that. Look at the wobbly plug and black box attached in my image. Nearly every device you buy has a plug with the sliding two or three pin attachments. I did not feel safe with this. The charger itself states it is 12.8v and 2.5a, and 32w Plugging it in to my power consumption monitor, I see it sitting around 12 to 12.5w It also comes with a cigarette lighter attachment. Which are normally between 12 to 13.5v (depending if the car is running) and 10a. I have plugged it in to a 12v 3a 5.5mm power adaptor, and it appears to be charging fine. I would expect a 12v 1.5a to be enough (as would provide up to 18w, and it uses 12 to 12.5) Do your own research, and do not trust me.

I recently injured my back and decided to purchase this to aid my recovery. This product is fantastic. One of the best deep tissue massagers I’ve ever had. It’s now something that my entire family use regularly. Definitely one of my best purchases this year

I've used it after every basketball game to reduce the back pain. There is a notable decrease in back tension and an improvement in mobility. The 15min timer is perfect.
