Nice. Simple procedure, it probably contains a dilute ammonia soapy solution. The tray is the good part - you can dunk your jewellery in and pull it up with the handle of the tray. Yes, it made a difference to the shine, but not as much as I hoped for. Maybe doing this several times will make more difference.

very strange product. cleanse very weak not even visible difference. there are cheaper items in amazon ,but much more productive. i had to throw it . ordered one i used before.

I thought that this is a premium and expensive so, for sure it would be super effective. But I’m so disappointed as this product is not effective at all! Sheer waste of money!

Complete waste of the money. No change in jewellery items even after soaking for 30 minutes. Seems like a fraud is going on

I had a ring given to me by my grandmother and it always looked like a bland yellow stoned ring. After 30mins in the solution and using the brush included, the ring looks completely different. The solution got rid of gunk I didn't even know was stuck in the back of the ring.

Works great on my diamond rings and necklace/earrings. Does exactly what it’s supposed to so very happy with it and would buy again. Easy to use. Decent value as I can see it’ll last ages.
