Men's Magazine Syndrome
This book is a long, reasonably well organized compilation of the type of advice your likely to find in typical men's lifestyle magazines about improved fitness for better sex. It covers a very wide range of topics (from stretching and weight lifting, to communication in sex, to the obligatory Kama Sutra references and penis enlargement).Like those men's magazines, readers need to be selective and recognize where the author is coming from. The author is a writer rather than a fitness or nutrition expert. The section on stretching seem to have been edited by someone who didn't practice those stretches personally, and chose some words and phrases poorly (e.g. "flex" instead of "stretch"). I decided to ignore all the nutritional advice in favor of what I think are more reliable sources of information.Overall, the book is worth getting. I'd suggest you skim it all, read what's most relevant, and supplement your knowledge with other readings on fitness and nutrition.

This book rocks! Solid content and excellent delivery.
The author does a great job of stressing the importance of nutrition and fitness, that most of us as guys overlook, when it comes to the bedroom. While the book is packed with content based on sound academic research, the writer's style and tone make this book easy to read. If you're serious about improving your performance in the bedroom (and your overall health), you owe it to yourself to buy this book.

A complete guide to fitness and nutrition!
It took me only a week to read this whole book. As much as I thought I knew about fitness and nutrition, there was so much more to learn. I feel that Scott Hays has done an excellent job at candidly answering questions many of us aren't bold enough to ask. As a middle age gentleman, I can both feel and see changes in my body. I also respond well to diets and exercise. That's a plus! In order to get the most out of it all, sometimes a little professional guidance is what we need.Personally, the chapter on stretching did me a lot of good. Not only does Hays explain the benefits of various stretches, there are pictures (yes, pictures) of models performing the exercises. There are plenty of pics of weightlifting exercises too. I found that I have fortunately been on the right track, but have since incorporated new exercises into my workout regimen. With an endless barrage of health information at our disposal, sometimes it's hard to find a good starting place. What is myth and what is reality? Let me recommend this book to men who want a little more out of their sex lives, their health, and I can attest above all, it will give you sound advice and peace of mind.DJ Come of Age

Yes, this is what we want to think about and be working on for our partner...
It was okay... I got this book and another as part of my process of realigning my physical activity regimen... in taking care of myself for the benefit for my beloved. I'm thinking that it was the process of getting and reading these books, versus the actual content, that allowed to shape my behaviors...I'm not sure that I found anything I hadn't already known, or information that I couldn't have otherwise accessed... so, again, I didn't see getting this book so much as for it's content, but for the process of shaping my behaviors. It's like hanging out with the right group of people... it helps to keep one's focus on the main thing!(So, I'm now participating in a yoga class in 3X per week, and biking 20 miles - to/from work, 10 miles each way - about 3X per week, shedding a few pounds, always preparing myself for my beloved...)

If you are a guy, you need to get this book
This book remade my love life!!!! It is a book about exercising, good nutrition and teaches how to have a renewed sex life. Read this book if you have erectile dysfunction, read this book if you need to be motivated to exercise again, read this book if you need to rekindle a healthy eating plan, read this book if you are curious about improving an already good sexual health lifestyle. In short, read this book.I was bored with my exercise life, needed a new eating plan, needed to learn how to last longer in the bedroom during sex with my wife, and I needed to lose 25 pounds - I bought this book out of being in a deep and dark place. It is the best thing that has ever happened to me. My sex life is great, I have loss 10 pounds to date, and I have a renewed sense of self.

Insightful, is all i have to say about this book!
This book is as informative as it gets in terms of helping us men far as stamina in the bedroom goes. Nothing against Viagara or Cialas, but i think if you follow the guidelines in this book you will find that it is not necessary to take those pills. I haven't even read through half of this book and i'm quite impressed already. I highly recommend it for the guys who are in their mid 30's and up.
