Kingston BrassKS1278AXBS Heritage Kitchen Faucet with Brass Sprayer, 8-3/4", Brushed Nickel

Disappointed. The quality of the actual hardware is impressive and I wanted to love this sink and if the company paid closer attention to detail I would! Pictures I attached showed how the faucet came. The hot and cold markings are not centered. This is something I thought I could live with but is really not pleasing to the eye and makes this look like a cheap knock off faucet. Also, the numbers that are obviously suppose to be on the back side came on the front, I took this off to run clean water though and thought I would be able to screw it back on so they are facing the back. Not so. It the little details that make a faucet look great. Not something you would maybe notice just walking through but definitely noticeable while using the sink. This seems to be a faucet that should have not made it through inspection. Maybe why it ended up on Amazon for a cheaper price then big box stores? Just a buyer beware. It would be a five star sink if these details were fixed. Even though they are cosmetics and do not cause the sink to not work properly, I bought this faucet for the look and it is ALL off.

Loved it till a year and a half later and the chrome is chipping off and today the cold water knob completely broke off. The welded metal sheared off completely from the base. It obviously has been broken awhile because most of the metal underneath the knob was corroded. So disappointed and now I have to repurchase the same piece of junk because holes in granite have already been cut!

It looks gorgeous. My installer was impressed and asked for the link in case he needs to get one for one of his customers. He said it was one of the easiest faucets he's installed too. My last one lasted over 25 years. I won't live that much longer, but I will try to update if anything goes wrong.UPDATE: It's been a year now and I just LOVE THIS FAUCET. It still looks gorgeous. People always notice it. And I have sent the link to it to several people already. I highly recommend it! All I can say about the problems some others had is that some of them Might have been alleviated by having a professional install it?UPDATE 2 (04/11/19): It is now 2 years and not a single problem yet. Still looks beautiful. My son just bought his first house and we are going to have to replace everything in it! I know exactly where we are going to be buying them too! :)

I replaced my countertop and bought this faucet. It is terrific! The sprayer is heavy in your hand and the spray is good. Best part is that my plumber asked how I wanted it to turn off and on. He said he can install it where both handles rotate toward the middle to turn on, (Hot water counter clockwise and Cold water clockwise) or he could turn it around and make the handles rotate away from the middle (Hot water clockwise and Cold counter clockwise).There is a 10 year manufacturer's warranty paper that has the phone numbers to call if any part fails. I printed out my order details from Amazon showing the date I bought it and when it was delivered and keep it all together.

The faucet is beautiful and seems to be of good quality. However, several months after installation the flow rate went down to a trickle. It took me a few days to get hold of someone at Kingston Brass, and when I did, I was told to email the warranty department. I did that and received a reply pretty quickly that parts would be sent. I had to ask what parts. I received the parts after about a week and installed the new diverter, which was the only part I needed, right away. It worked - for about 24 hours. The new diverter broke and we were back down to a trickle. I emailed the warranty department again and was told a request would be put in for a new diverter. TWO WEEKS LATER, I emailed again asking about the new diverter and was told that it had been out of stock, had just come in, and would be sent out the next day via regular mail because it was not their policy to expedite shipments. It wasn't mailed until 4 days later and received 4 days after that. The new diverter has been working fine for a few months now, fortunately. I hope it never breaks because if it does, I'd rather replace the whole faucet with a style I love less than deal with this company again.

Heavy duty, all bras materials. Love the shape and the color. I got the Matte Black. The sprayer is super hefty feeling, and love the pullout cord ( is a fancy black mesh.) See the picts - water pressure is good.

I think the faucet is beautiful and appears to be very well made, however my cold water would not shut off only two months after being installed by a plumber during my kitchen remodel. I tried to register my faucet on line, only to be told that isn't the correct way anymore. There are no instructions on their website. I had to call 4 times to get through to customer service. They apparently don't have a separate warranty department. I have to provide additional information to have my (Ten Year) warranty honored. I will have to wait 7-10 days for the part, which means unless I call a plumber I won't have cold water in my kitchen for nearly 2 weeks. Cindy in customer service told me I was hostile and rude. I am very offended by that. I did not yell at her I simply said this is very frustrating and I asked her how she would feel. I deal with customers everyday. I don't believe the customer is always right. This company should review their warranty procedures seriously consider more training for customer service. I should also mention the faucet wasn't cheap.

I love this faucet. The lettering on the knobs does tend to wear off a bit but hot/cold sides are mostly universal. This doesn't have quite the flow rate I wanted (1.8 vs. 2.2) so I simply popped off the flow regulator and am VERY happy with the flow rate now. This faucet is gorgeous and about 1/4 of the price of other brass faucets. The only thing I would change esthetically is the black handle on the sprayer; I wish it were able to be brass but it would get to hot.

Amazing quality. My husband is a plumber and will only install good quality plumbing fixtures. He was very impressed. Shipping was very fast. Beautiful overall.
