Compared to the Simply Human model I previously used, this one is better designed. It's easy to install the batteries and the outside is sleek. Even the LED is a stylish bar instead of a little LED dot. It initially didn't work but after I took the soap reservoir off and dunked the tube end into a sink full of water and activated it a few times it started squirting out water like it should. After that it worked with the soap too. You also need to make sure the tube ends up inside of the soap reservoir rather than outside of it.Update - I bought four and the first one took two years to wear out (in the kitchen so got used a lot).

Got this item. Worked well until it was working. Less than a year it has just stopped working. Tried putting new batteries, it just doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t seem to power up. Tried contacting support for resolution but the website webpage is for ordering bulk quantities not for support. Feel like money wasted.

This SVAVO dispenser is so fabulous. We cook a great deal in our house and with all the stories about cooking with unclean hands and food residues left on contact; we insist that everyone VISIBLY WASH in the kitchen before preparing food. I started to observe soap buildup on the pump at the kitchen sink and realized we were running the risk of leaving germs on the dispenser itself. I started buying various dispensers and then dispensing with the dispensers for poor performance, and one because it was just ugly. This SVAVO is beautiful and elegant. Moreover I control the amount of soap that is dispensed making it very economical; it is completely hands free and sanitary; it holds a large volume of soap reducing the frequency of maintenance. Great addition to any room both for quality and style.

This product worked great for a year-until the warranty was up. Then it stopped squirting out soap. The pump went out. I wrote customer service and they just wanted me to purchase a new product with an upgraded pump with a discount. When I clicked their link it said I already purchased the new product. Seems like a lot of this stuff from China is set to break after the warranty is up so you are forced to buy another. Oh well, I will be looking for a different product. Customer service was lacking a bit.

Got it in the mail, box was open and the dispenser didn’t work. Got batteries. Thought it was the battery brand. Got some cheap ones. Then purchased some Duracell, put them in and still doesn’t work. Green Light just keeps blinking. And doesn’t do anything. Sending it back. I probably got a bad one. Update on review. I did get a bad one. The new one works good. No problems. Easy to use and good amount of soap as you can set between 3 different soap settings. Holds a bid amount of soap. I will order another one for kitchen. I recommend it.

I received the SVAVO Automatic Sensor Soap Dispenser in a few days after the order. The set-up was easy, it is solidly made, easy to fill, functions well. No drips, looks clean and sleek. I don't know about battery life or longevity of the product as I've only used it for a couple of weeks. I use it in the kitchen with regular dish soap. It has happened where the IR sensor didn't seem to recognize a plastic bowl underneath and wouldn't dispense. I had to put my hand in place to get it to "fire". I'm pleased, and will get one for the bathroom if it continues to operate well.

This thing is awesome! Tall enough to go above our bowl vanity sink. Hasn’t falsely dispensed soap yet and works better than expected. And the wife likes how it looks and matches our decor. The batteries load on top so no chance to be corroded by sitting in water. You’ll really enjoy having this item in your home!***update****After 8 months stopped working. The lights come on and seems to have power but the sensor no longer works the soap is no longer dispensed. Seems like you should get more than 8 months.

I really like that this product hides the adjustments for the amount being dispensed. My family thinks you need a handful to wash with. This has definitely saved us on excessive soap usage. The sensor is not as sensitive as some, but that is not always a bad thing. I do have to try twice sometimes to get it to work, but I don’t have issues with accidental dispensing. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would purchase again.Update: The dispenser worker great for about 6 months, then died.

Después de testearlo más de un año no a dado ni un solo problema, solo acordarse de diluir el jabón un poco en agua para mejor expulsión por parte del aparto, acordarse de cambiar las pilas cuando se agoten, aunque que le duran bastante tiempo, a pesar de no ser alcalinas.

I use it in the kitchen sink area & it looks quite neat. It dispenses enough hand gel per wash making the bottle last a lot longer. Also no messy area around it, which I was getting rather fed up with having to keep wiping away.

I bought this automatic soap dispenser about 2 years ago and only have to replace the batteries once a year, which is enough to give it 5 stars, but you can also change how much liquid (three settings) comes out when using it, which is great for when you want to water down the solution.
