DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!!The Sportstech F37 Professional Treadmill supplied is shocking! I made contact with InnovaMaxx UK and discussed the state of the treadmill I would receive to ensure my expectations would be met. I was under the impression from emails sent that the Sportstech F37 Professional Treadmill I would receive would have a signs of maybe scratches on it as the treadmill is a return from customers with in a 1 – 30 day return policy.This is defiantly NOT what I received.- The sticker on the left hand side of the running belt is completely ripped off.- There are dints and scratches on the right side of the running belt.- The quick fold pole that extends to fold the treadmill in an upright position for stowage is altered from an originally straight starting point and is bent in. And it even has RUST on the metal where the paint has come off due to the way the metal has kinked in.- The nut that enters the frame on the right hand side at the bottom that holds up the Sportstech F37 Professional Treadmill multi media console is totally threaded. This means you cannot tighten the nut it simply slightly tightens then goes lose. This means the frame is not fully supported therefore the integrity of the whole structure is affected. This in turn means that there is an incredible noise as you run constantly coming from the treadmill.- There are absolutely no covers at the bottom right and left covering the blots and cabling!- The plastic at the front covering at the side of the motor is cracked!- There is no user manual- There are scratches and dints all over the Sportstech F37 Professional Treadmill supplied.- When I first turned on the Sportstech F37 Professional Treadmill on there was a noise coming from the motor!- And now you expect me to pay to return this inferior product!This is totally not worth the money, nor was the item as described.

Excellent treadmill for my garage gym. Serves my whole family with no problems at all. I am still learning all of its features, but from the begining: very good service from the seller. I was informed about every step of the transport, delivery time discussed over the phone. Unpacking very easy as there was link to YouTube video instruction on the box. Scanned it with my mobile and that’s it. The treadmill is heavy, feels very solid, very stable. Large running surface, very quiet. Multiple running programs - about 12 of them, from simple weight loss to mountain jogging. One small thing: UK plug cable provided doesn’t fit the treadmill, I use continental adaptor - works fine. All in all I am very pleased. I will only suggest if you want it - buy it before Brexit as it comes all the way from Germany. I don’t believe it will be any chaper later.

Please note this is not a review of the supplier or the service from them. Please do your due diligence on the supplier and make sure you are happy with their level of service if you purchase this treadmill.With that said, the treadmill is really good. It is big though! It was delivered to curbside on a pallet and required full unboxing to try to get it into the house. One thing to note, the treadmill is too wide to go through a standard doorframe, so needs to be put on its side to go in a door. 2 people are really required to manoeuvre it into position. once its there, it can be moved on its wheels by one person.Setting it up is easy, 12 bolts needed to be fitted, I think. Really simple to do, and all parts including tools to do the bolts up were provided.There are no details on how much Silicone oil to apply but just filling the two little red holders on either side of the end of the unit is good enough.The run is smooth, no major noise from the bed itself, however mine has developed a squeak after about 1 week of daily use. Im sure this is nothing to worry about, and probably a touch of wd40 in the right place will resolve it.The app that's suggested to use with the treadmill seems to be able to define programs and control the treadmill for you. Ive not looked too far into this, but would be a really good complement if that's how it does work!I gave this only 3 stars for value for money, as it is quite expensive for a home treadmill. However the build quality is there so perhaps justifies the cost.Overall, if you have the money, and want a treadmill you can use every day, this is a really good choice.

Really pleased with my purchase of the Sportech F37.The machine arrived as described and delivery was organised and to schedule. InnovaMaxx we great throughout in phoning me to arrange delivery.The machine itself is everything you need. I have used it for two weeks now and am really pleased at how accurate it is. There features on it are great, admittedly the little fan on the console is pretty useless although I have a separate one over me anyway. I have been using the treadmill with Zwift Run and it was so simple to put together. i would recommend this treadmill particularly at this price point. The folding aspect is useful in my small gym as it allows me to fold and pull out other equipment. It's a pretty sturdy bit of kit also and I had to get it up the stairs which does take two people! You won't be disappointed with this treadmill and the added incline feature is useful for building strength. the treadmill's motor is powerful meaning excellent fast speeds!Overall: very pleased!

Generally a very good product. Good size running surface, which is also shock absorbing. Well made.Downside is that it's pretty heavy and hard to move. Also when running quickly up hill, you do get some speed variation when your heel strikes.
