Sticks very well but there's a better way to fit.
The first one of these I used I messed up completely and the second did not fit well. After that, I decided there was a better way to fit the patches. At one end of the patch, peel back the backing and cut through the paper. Fold both cut ends back about 8mm and stick the paper back down. next, push the patch over the sensor so its snug down to the skin. Using one of the tabs you have made, peel off the backing paper all in one go and stick down, not forgetting the small end patch. Last, you can take off the outer film and make sure it's properly attached.Done like this, the stick down flat, are very smooth and not one has even started to peel within the 10 days.Very effective.

Your Milage May Vary
Not the easiest thing to self apply, fits very snug around G6 sensor (some would argue too small but I think it’s fine). Main issue has been with adhesion - after a couple hours it started peeling, tried multiple times. Not sure I’d trust them to be waterproof.

Love it!
Brilliant product. Keeps my G6 in place, does not come off at all. I use it in combination with skin tacs and it does wonders! They take a bit of practice to put on as they are a perfect fit for the G6, but you get used to it after 2-3 tries.

Not Suitable for children!
Product is dreadful! Not only is it too small to actually go round the dexcom g6 but after only 2 hours of applying the patch my sons arm was bright red!Now for a child who doesn't cry for a single injection, finger prick or sensor change, for him to be so uncomfortable in this I immediately removed the patch to find he had had an instant reaction. Raised red pimple covered skin.Very very disappointed! Will never put these near my sons skin again. (after removing the patch the rash had gone down significantly in about 30minutes).

As good as it gets!
If you follow the advice here in the reviews about how to apply, these work incredibly well!Completely waterproof.I was working in Tbilisi last summer with temperatures up to 45C - but these stayed stuck. I use skin prep to help them stick, but they seem to work OK without anything.

Not an exact fit!
we have to trim the inside of these plasters so that they fit around the Dexcom G6 sensor.
