Bought these for working around a hawthorn hedge - thorns kept going through the soles of my other shoes which was painful. No issues with these - not had one thorn in my feet since. Good fit and comfortable - can get a bit warm after wearing for a full day but not a surprise as weatherproof and sturdy. I had bought a spare pair!

As with all online clothing and footwear you cannot try things on and todays sizes are all over the place, these did fit but the instep is to tight for me I cut some away and they are OK now for the garden but still not that comfortable.

I really like these, very comfortable for pottering around the garden. Easy to kick off if your hands are full, although you can’t just slip them back on like, say, a croc.I have fairly wide feet but these are fine even with a thickish sock.

I always buy Dunlop wellies, they're great value and always nice and roomy. However, these are the exact opposite!I had the idea of having a pair of "slip-on" shoes that I could leave by the back door and put on easily to take the dogs out in wet weather. These need a shoe horn and a couple of minutes concerted effort to get on!Despite them claiming to be a size 46 (I usually take a 45) they barely fit lengthwise, are circulation stoppingly tight around the top of the foot and I would doubt that a 12-year old would find the width of them to be comfortable (manufacturers please note that as feet get longer they also get wider)!Quite frankly, I've worn wet suit shoes that are more capacious!
