The table is beautiful but the design is terrible. I have a narrow space so needed a table no wider than 36''. The table legs as well as the bottom base make it impossible to slide chairs all the way in and therefore the chairs stick out about a foot. Not only does it not look great, but takes up too much room for my smaller space. I had to remove the bottom base of the table which makes it less stable in order to slide the chairs in. The only way to get 6 chairs around this table and be able to slide them in is to have both leaves in, remove the bottom base and place 3 chairs on each side. Because of where the legs are located, you cannot arrange this table to have 2 chairs on each side and 1 on each end without the chairs sticking out (even when you remove the bottom base). Without the leaves in, only 4 chairs will fit comfortably around this table and they will still stick out. Its way too much hassle to return the table so we'll have to deal with the limited functionality of this table. The table also arrived with 2 dents. Amazon did offered a discount for that.

Not too difficult to assemble after I learned the ropes. You really need a good power screwdriver. I don't like the table legs because in our placement, we have a bench on one side and wanted to place two chairs on the other side. You can fit only one chair on the side (scooted all the way in when not in use), so if you need that setup, too, you might not like this table. It is very heavy, however, and very sturdy if you assemble it correctly. Nice wood, looks great.

We wanted a high top (counter height) table for our back room. This table is GREAT! It has a fantastic look that is both classy, dressy and yet casual too. Delivery was wonderful with great communication. Assembly was easy. The table is sturdy and handsome.

The table looks nice and sturdy. However there are few scratches and dents when it arrived. There is a deep scratch on the table surface and the dents on table legs. We could not return since it's too heavy and we need the table for an event coming up. We contacted Amazon and they were very nice to help us with a solution.

Very good table, was fairly easy to assemble. Heavy. may need two people once delivered. We would re-order the table again. Wife is using as a home office desk with leaves installed and it works very well for her. Freight company that Amazon uses was terrible, took an extra week and 4 phone calls to get table moved 300 miles, from Dallas to San Antonio. Other than that (no control over shipper used)

Table is uneven. I hate when furniture is uneven. I love the table but hat that is rocks.

Love it. Heavy, best assembled with two people. Great color, good quality, and very long. Just what I needed. The grooves in the tabletop do collect crumbs, so we use placemats and vacuum the table occasionally. Not a big deal.

Love it. Almost bought from Ashley furniture store glad I didn’t.
