This stuff really works to help me get a good night of sleep. And it’s natural herbs. I love it.

I was reccomended these by my acupuncturist to help with sleep. I took the reccomended does and didn't notice a difference but was super tired/groggy the entire next day 😬 I stopped taking them as this kept reaccuring. One day, I had to leave work early, I was so tired.

This product is terrific. I struggle with sleep on occasion and these Zizyphus Sleep tabs really do help quite a bit. I take them when I am feeling a bit frazzled and hyper at bedtime. Highly recommend. I also like that they aren't melatonin based.

This product was recommended to me to assist me with sleep, and it arrived with a huge label saying "warning: may cause reproductive harm" As a woman who is working to expand my family, this is clearly a product to avoid (though there was NO MENTION of this on the sales page for the product here) ...and now I can't return it because they don't accept returns. Unacceptable.

My friend recommended this supplement. It worked for her but did not help me sleep.

My homeopathic doctor has had me on this for years. I find that I do not have to take it consistently every day, but more for bouts of a couple weeks to a couple months at a time. Basically until I'm sleeping better. It will not knock you out or make you feel drugged a la Father Of The Bride II or anything like that. It's for a specific type of sleeplessness related to your brain not being able to shut down so that you can fall asleep. I find that often when I lay down to go to bed, my brain is still going 100 miles an hour and I lay there thinking about all the things I didn't do or need to do, etc, and I toss and turn for hours. This supplement quiets your brain, brings your body's energy from the head back down to the stomach where it should be, and allows for your brain to get into sleep mode. It is very effective for me!
