Three star for the bed.
Design is good but the bed is not sturdy.The first bed height is too much.The fitting was done properly but the wheels required under the bed was not supplied so we had to buy it at our cost.Overall ok...

Bad vendor, disjointed parts and missing bolts
1. Vendor has not picked calls through days2. No support for assistance/ assembly was provided3. Furniture was not well packaged and was disjointed4. Bolts to join the parts were missing5. I have bought many items big and small from Amazon over the years- this has been a singularly disappointing vendor experience

No strength in the bed
Bed looks nice but is very delicate. The frames are weak.. two adults canāt even sit on the bed.. the seller told that 5-6 adults can sit at a timeā¦ feeling like being cheated.. price also is very high for the quality and strength of the bed.. they have done putty everywhere to make the bed look beautiful but side wood/ putty come out when any hard thing touches the bed.. price must not be more than 30 K.. I bought it in 43K..

Great quality
The furniture is of top quality and very durable. Very easy to assemble, only wrench and screw driver needed. Paint quality is just decent. (Not very good). Only problem was one of the parts got damaged during transit. I am yet to hear back from vendor about the solution.Overall..... Highly recommended. Specially at this price

Product is as advertised but installation service delayed
I received the bed several days before the call to assemble the bed by the service provider. I had to actually initiate the request to assemble the bed otherwise I donāt even know if I would have been called to schedule the assembly. In my case I couldnāt wait so I paid to have someone assemble it. Very unfortunate.
