Excellent Little Book
This is an excellent little book and is one that I recommend strongly. There are a few technical chapters, but it is possible to understand the material in them if you read them with care.From there, he moved on to the need for sleep, and how it impacts our lives and health. I like the sections on the diurnal cycles, and I suggest that people in the field of education read them. Maybe, it will help to make children's and teenagers school/college life easier.Essential reading
