works as expected

Years ago I was cheap. I bought aftermarket and wondered why my print quality suffered and why my printers would stop working in short order. I buy only OEM now - and this didn't disappoint. Great prints, so much so that people with printers themselves will often have me printing "the good ones" on mine.

I used to buy generic toner, thinking that paying full price ($60 or so) for a single color toner was absurd. Then I started USING generic toner, and the streaking and smearing and screaming and running started. So I switched back to genuine HP stuff. It makes my printer happy, it makes my kids happy, it makes my wife happy. No more crappy printouts. Best to buy this here on Amazon, as brick-and-mortar stores tend to sell it for $100...

No complaints

Great OEM replacement. Installed with no errors or issues into my HP laser jet 200 (M251nw). Can also return the used cartridge for free as part of HP's green initiative. So let's see - Got OEM product in original packaging, saved some money, no issues on install and use, and eco friendly - does not get much better than that!

Glad was able to get genuine HP products and fast.

I was quite pleased at how quickly it was delivered. The toner works quite well. It is a bit pricey but not anymore pricey than buying directly from HP.

When the toner's ran out from my original purchase, I decided to try after market toner's. They are so much cheaper than these. But like everything in life you get what you pay for. They didn't last long and they developed (what seemed to be quickly) lines on the page. It just takes one of the colours to do this, and the page is ruined. I would typically get two of them develop this before they were close to empty. You can't use that for business, and my kids couldn't hand in a class project with that happening on the page. I just want to print, have it work, good quality and not worry about that. Aftermarkets won't give you that (with my experience). Went back to these OEM's, and they just work, perfectly, all the time. They are DAMN expensive, but in the end worth it. The 5 stars are for the quality, and hassle free they give. I ignored price in this evaluation.
