Q: I just read a review about theis printer going offline and getting no support. Did anyone else experience this problem and lack of support ?

I've barely used this printer and now I only get unable to print 35. Of course it's out of warranty and there are no service centers within 150 miles. Typical business model these days. Buyer beware.

Q: How is 11x17 paper fed? Is the document feeder in the back?
