No directions provided and poor quality materials
These tools are provided in a very cheaply made case and no directions are provided with the kit. There are a number of very cheaply made tools in the kits but no guidance on how to use them. I would not recommend this kit and will be returning mine. Seller did not respond to inquiries.

No Instructions
This product has a great deal going for it on the surface. Multiple heads with controllable temperature settings, and stencils. However there are absolutely no written or pictorial instructions for use of the types of heads and temperatures. As a result I had to "play" with the two separate head attachment pies to even determine how to attach the different types of heads. The heating element was inconsistent in how it heated the different burner heads and the "Hot" knife would not heat effectively enough to cut through simple nylon twine.

Could use some work on the durability of the product
I love the product except for when i used it for my third time rhe pen broke right where you screw the peices together
