There are charts online that tell you what size to get based on your height. I am 5'7" and have a 25 inch ball, which seems right for exercises where I am siting on it. However, that seems too big to use with the "dead bug" exercise, so I am going to get a smaller ball for that. So it depends how you plan to use it.

If you ordered the M (48-55cm) size, please mark the height of 55 cm on the wall, and then inflate it to 48-55cm high according to your comfort level. If you ordered the L (58-65cm) size, please mark the height of 65 cm on the wall, and then inflate it to 58-65cm high according to your comfort level. If you ordered the XL (68-75cm) size, please mark the height of 75 cm on the wall, and then inflate it to 68-75cm high according to your comfort level.
