Every book you buy for coins is made of cardboard and they are like that for a reason, so you definitely need to be careful when putting your coins in, so you don't tear it. They really do go in pretty easy as long as you are patient .

Great to organize pennies

The coin slots are inconsistently sized, with some of them fitting the coins perfectly while others required considerable force to slot the coin in. None of the slots were too big for the coins at least. For a $6 album it works, it gets the job done, but be careful or you might bend/rip it.
