Love this cockring! Advanced is the "smaller size". They call it Advanced for those of us that like to wear tighter cockrings I guess. It is confusing if you're not familiar with wearing them. Measure yourself and know your limitations before buying this then leaving a negative review because it's "too tight"... it's supposed to be tight! If you're super hung, then get one of the larger ones. They do have a little give. This makes them easy to wear all day - I think. Doubt I could post a picture here, but if it would help you make a decision, just respond and we can coordinate sending one... nothing x-rated, just wearing it.

I usually don't post reviews but due to some of the negative reviews on this product I felt that It was needed. This thing is awesome! I don't understand why some are complaining about it being too big or hard to get on - I'm an average size guy and with a little patience I was able to get in on in no time. This is my first cock ring and I have to say the feeling is amazing. Very comfortable to wear and my wife loves it too! Win WIn. I think I will get the intermediate size one next. Get it you will not be sorry...

Don't by this product. Extremely difficult to put on, and non-returnable.
This product is extremely difficult to put on. Especially if you have even 1/2 of an erection. Even with lube it's difficult to get both my balls into the thing let along cramming my dick into it. The product does not stretch, making the effort to just get it on (and off) uncomfortable and a real mood killer.

These are definitely not what I was picturing but I think perhaps the fault is mine for not paying closer attention. They are well made and have a nice smooth feel.
