The flavor is very nice. There is this one spice
The flavor is very nice. There is this one spice, which I can't identify for sure, that gets stuck in your teeth while chewing, and that taste linger for quite a while. I haven't tasted this particular spice in any Chinese food. It looks woody or beige colored ground stuff, probably dried or roasted.
