BahlsenPremium Stollen with Poppy Seed Filling ( 400 g )

This is one of the best stollen I've ever tasted.My favourite was always the one with marzipan filling but this one is really delicious.I like the fact, that they were generous with the filling, so you can get the full flavour of the poppy and it tasted fresh.I went ahead and bought two more, I like it that much.If you like poppy seed, you should give this product a try.

Not good

it was not bad but something was missing in the taste. I would not order it again and stick to my Dresden Stollen naext Christmas.

Powdered sugar topping was great and plentiful. The poppy seed filling also great. The cake was also perfect texture. Next year will by more then one.

Delicious ! The best we have had so far. We would strongly recommend this Stollen. We wish it was not so expensive.

This is my absolute favorite stollen. Too few items in this countrry are made with poppy seeds, so I am always happy to find this.

I am German and for me Bahlsen is the best

Der Stollen ist saftig und lecker. Dieser und kostenfrei beigelegte(r) Schokolade und Lebkuchen zum Probieren erfolgten zeitnah. Wer nicht selber einen Mohnstollen backen mag für den ist dies eine gute Alternative.

Sec, très sec. Et les graines de pavot n ont aucun goût. Je n en rachèterai pas.

For a commercial product (not one from a good bakery in Germany) this is very good. I had mot bought Stollen from Bahlsen before and must say that 400g is not a lot. The stollen is not the large size I am used to but rather the smaller one. But perfect for an afternoon tea or coffee for a few people. I love the poppy flavour, quite typical of German baking. Moisture and texture are great too.I would recommend and will buy again.

Wenig Mohn, zudem trocken-pappig. Viel zu viel harter Teig. Schmeckt stark parfümiert. Brrr. Ein Fall für die Biotonne.Schade, ich hatte gehofft, der Stollen würde annähernd wie Omas selbstgemachter schmecken oder zumindest so saftig wie die Mohnteilchen vom Bäcker.
