I believe that understanding psychology is as important as learning how to cook or learning how to organise because it forms the basis for how we live our lives. With that said, this book is a gem in the survival kit of life.My favourite part of the book was the technique used to combat PTSD and the sensation of tightness in one's chest. That was just wonderful.However, I disagree with the way psychopaths are branded as 'soulless.' There are a lot of factors that go into why people behave the way they do and so, the usage of the word is subjective.Psychopathy awareness is very important and I thank the authors for this gem of a book.Love and light,Happy reading!

Its a great book. I would recommend to all who have been through a toxic relationship. Be it a friend, gf, bf or any family member.

I have had personal experience and this book resonated each word that I went through helped me a lot to understand and correlate things. Gave me sense of that I am not running insane with my thoughts and this actually happens post u have decided to end the suffering. Thanks again

This was my first book after narcissistic abuse, i was broken and had many questions running in my mind, this book has given me all the answers i was searching for, this book helped me to go inside and find a soothing place to live after narcissistic abuse, it helped me to start a new journey within.
