Slept with it about 3 nights. Good size but I would prefer it be a little harder, I can feel in my hip and low back that it's not keeping my parallel to the mattress like I want. That said I have been much more comfortable with it in the meantime.

My husband has a bad back and knee from military i bought this for him he loves it uses it every night now he sleeps better at night and has less pain def recommend if u have bad backs or knees

The knee pillow helps relieve my husband's hip pain as well as my hip pain. This pillow doesn't totally get rid of our pain, but it sure makes our hips feel better. It's comfortable but tends to slide a bit around my leg. And our 14 year old granddaughter has bad hip pain and this helped her so much that she stole my knee pillow! Well, ok, I told her she had to take it and I'd order another one for myself, which I did. Great for hip pain.

This works all right, but I'm just not crazy about the pointed parts because as I'm moving around in bed, if my legs aren't sitting directly in the middle of this thing, it doesn't feel as comfortable. I have to move my legs around for a while until I get just the right support, since the very middle goes nearly flat because it's memory foam (I can't stand memory foam because it's not supportive); but if I get my legs in just the right spot where it's getting wider without being up on the points of the top edges, it can feel pretty decent. I'm not sure others would have the same issues that I would, so you just have to try it for yourself. It is decent and I like it when I get it into the right spot, I sleep like a baby and have no back or neck issues when I get it right. :)

I have severe sciatica, as well as back pain, both hips replaced years ago & are now giving me so much pain. The replacements are worn out. I just received this today. I always lie down in the afternoon because my back hurts so bad, as well as hips &knees. When I get up, there's some relief, but it's not lasting. Today I used the Knee Pillow, actually fell asleep, & got up free of pain. I still am, & it's been 3 hours!! The real story will be tomorrow morning. Had to write now because I was shocked at the results! Have not been pain free in years!! So far, so good!

I ordered this pillow because I have a herniated disc and sciatica pain and the regular pillows that I was using between my legs would fall off during the night without me realizing it. The pain is about ten times worse without the pillows between my legs and I couldn't get a good night's sleep. This pillow however, is awesome! It stays in place, is the perfect size and the cover is removable so it can be washed. It's a nice soft material too! My physical therapist suggested I try one. So glad I did. I'm sleeping much better now. Thank you!

I love this little pillow! I notice a huge difference if I go away and forget to bring it with me. It's not too thick or thin, the strap is great quality, and it's really comfortable! Very happy with how well it's holding up with nightly use, and it stays on my leg throughout a night of changing positions.

It is quality material and can be laundered. It is soft and pleasant to use. It is just a bit too high (tall) for me, but may be just right for others.
