Great product for an even better value, easy installation and plenty loud to hear even at higher speeds with a helmet on. I highly recommend these and I would buy again definitely!

EDIT 5/19/23:Over a year later and these are still functioning exactly the same as when I installed them. The sound and volume remain the same, as well as the speed of connecting to my phone. All wiring and physical connections are good. No issues. Still 5 stars for me.ORIGINAL REVIEW 4/22/23:I'm not sure if other reviewers received a different unit, but the one I got is great. The one I received had an inline fuse and power switch, and seems to be robust, although I've only riden with them for two days, so time will tell and I'll update this review if anything changes.The installation is very simple, and I was glad to see that the speakers fit on my risers and nested pretty well in the speedo and tach humps in my t sport fairing on my fx softail. Like I said, I'm not sure if other reviewers received a different unit, but this one is plenty loud at 70mph with my 96in motor and short shots. In fact I don't need to turn it up all the way to clearly hear it, maybe 75%.The sound is fairly flat eq wise, and at lower speeds it has okay bass, but the limiting factor is the size of the cones. But here's the thing, when riding a bike, your ear has trouble hearing bass frequencies anyway, and the loudest sounds will be mid-high. It's not that the unit is bright on the top end rather that the signature is flat, and higher frequencies can be piercing at high volume depending on the track, but I don't find it fatiguing if the volume is adjusted accordingly.I think these speakers are a good value for the cost and sound, I'm happy with my purchase, and I'm glad I bought these over the cheaper options.

The media could not be loaded. My bike isn't loud. The speakers are pretty loud. I can hear them going higher speeds. It does lack bass but maybe I can adjust that with an app on my phone.I just wanted some music more than anything, but other than the bass, the sound quality is good. I listen to all kinds of music genres as well.Install was easy. I ran the wires under the tank and hooked them to the battery. I also ran LED lights to my battery prior, and it's no problem at all.For the price especially, they're great.

Good speakers for the price. Have them mounted on the handlebars of my Harley 1200 and can barely hear them at speeds over 45-50mph. To be fair, my exhausts are pretty loud. They connect to Bluetooth easily and I like the on/off/volume knob. There is a mile of excess wire so I ended up cutting it out and then soldering the ends back together. It was a pain but it looks much better than having a bundle of wire zip tied with no good place on the bike to hide it. Overall a good set of speakers.

Nice, easy install. A lot of extra cord for a rebel. Had read sometime saying they didnt have enough length for their harley softail but that would honestly surprise me. Biggest criticism is like no bass but I'd seen other reviews saying the same. Nice and loud to cut through the wind at higher speeds. The 1st one I bought had a defective Amp or dial because when you turned the knob, it did turn on but as you kept turning the knob, the volume did not increase as it should. Called Boss and they were willing to just send the left speaker replacement (w/ the internal Amp and dial attached) however after further looking into it, they supposedly didn't have any left ones in their warehouse anymore so not sure if that means it's a common defect or not. Anywho... I got an entire replacement set and it works fine. You get what you pay for though as far as no bass. Otherwise nice enough.

If you are looking for some really good thumping bass, these aren't the speakers for you. If you want clear-sounding music that is loud enough to hear over the wind and your engine, these are for you. They are hard to beat for the price. If I'm going to nitpick, there is a lot of cable to deal with. But, again, the price was really good compared to everything else. Would I buy them again? Yes.

Great sound easy installation but the on off switch broke on the first ride

Setup was super easy, could have done without the car length wires but i know not every bike is the same size, not sure what the other complaints were about i can comfortably hear my music between 70-80mph on the highway even with my visor down, if anything i should have bought the 4 speaker setup for even louder music but these are perfect as they are!
