Have purchased this brand twice now. If you are new to squalane oil this is a perfect place to start!A little goes a very long way, so you definitely get your dollars' worth.Squalane oil penetrates the skin: it doesn't just sit on top forming a 'moisture barrier'. It restores moisture where it is lacking. I apply it every night after cleansing and actives.As far as daytime use, I use it in the morning during the winter and my skin is hydrated all day without being greasy. I use it in the summer as well, however, because my face sweats a lot in any environment over 60 degrees F (yay), after I apply the oil in the morning, I will do a couple other things until my face eventually starts sweating, then I will pat the excess off. So even in the summer with me sweating and then patting some of the oil off, the oil still provides the necessary moisture so my skin isn't tight.I will also mention that I do not wear foundation, powder, concealer, highlighter, etc. (so no skin makeup), so I cannot comment on how squalane interacts with it. I like squalane so much more than jojoba, because the latter is quite thick. Anyway, yay squalane oil! :)

I have found this stuff to work wonders on my face. I did realize this was an oil when I bought it so I can’t complain about the fact that it is runny and oily. However, I do wish there was some other type of application like a gel or cream that would come on the market with this ingredient. Overall pleased with the result even though the product itself is somewhat challenging to use as it does drip a lot.

This stuff is fantastic! I’ve been using this after my hyaluronic acid serum every night for around a year and a half now, and it has made such a huge difference in my skin. My skin is so much softer, never feels tight at all, and I’ve even noticed the texture on my skin get a little bit smoother. I’ve dealt with acne for over half of my life, and this has done wonders for the dry patches without making the rest of my skin more oily, and has even lessened the irritation quite a bit. My skin has actually been a lot less oily since I’ve been using squalane.I have tried the ordinary’s squalane a couple of times in the past, and while theirs is also really good, this brand seems to soak into my skin much more quickly and easily and leaves my skin softer for longer. My mom has super dry skin though, and she very slightly prefers the ordinary.

Excellent face oil for hydration that is gentle on the skin. I have extremely dry, mature skin. I pat about a half of a teaspoon onto my damp face after cleansing, let absorb, then follow with my moisturizer. This oil has eliminated pore congestion and simply leaves my skin hydrated, soothed, and volumized. I am ordering my second bottle to have ready to go when the first one is gone. I also use on damp hair after shampooing. I have grey, coarse and wavy hair. This oil works wonders to smooth on and scrunch to have hydrated, gentle waves.

I purchased a bottle of the new Squalane Oil from Amara Organics a few weeks ago. I currently use other Amara products and have been 100% pleased with them all. I had never heard of Squalane Oil before Amara Organics sent me an email to let me know that they had it as a new product to try. I have incorporated it into my skin care routine and am absolutely amazed at the visible results it has produced.I have used many product lines over the years and can attest that, for any of them to work, you have to use them every day. Part time skin care will not produce many results. I have been using Amara products for greater than two years now and can say with confidence - their products will give you the best results at the best price. That being said, short of using prescription products or having invasive procedures done, there is a point where you will "max out" your results. I have done well "maintaining" my progress and the skin on my face, décolletage and hands looks wonderful. Then, I started to use the Squalane Oil and it took the appearance of my skin to the next level. I have had perpetual lines on my forehead that looked better than they did prior to the Squalane, but, after the Squalane THERE IS VERY VISIBLE IMPROVEMENT. I will same the same thing for my crow's feet, laugh lines and the knuckles on my hands. I have been using it on my lips and my nails as well and they are more comfortable and attractive.The oil is very, very light, absorbs easily into the skin and is not very shinny. A little bit of the oil goes a long way so you will not have to use much so the bottle will last a while.It's been a long time since I have been so impressed with a new product.
