I ordered it a few months ago from Hiteshi Enterprises. Product was genuine and it did it's job. It helped me to feel full and eat less while I was supplementing with it. No doubt my healthy weight loss diet along with the glucomannon powder did wonders for me.

Since it’s in powdered form, it can get messy quickly. Don’t add the powder to an empty glass and then pour water — that will make it turn into a gel fast! Instead, start by filling half a glass with water, then sprinkle a teaspoon of the powder on top. Give it a quick stir and drink it immediately. Afterward, follow up by drinking more water.Its not even a week that I’m taking this to help with weight management. It’s been effective in curbing my hunger as it keeps me feeling full. I would say it’s better than psyllium husk. If u have the budget I would suggest to go for the capsule one.

Delivered in good condition. It's great at keeping one full - by taking 30-45mins before a meal - really helps control the appetite and keeps you fuller for longer. But make sure you drink ALOT ofWater throughout the day because glucomanan is known to soak up to 5 times its weight in water. If you don't drink enough you will feel constipated.But this stuff is great to add to an already healthy lifestyle or weight loss regime.

It is not tasteless, it will give a fish like taste and you will have bowl movements frquently , if thats not a problem for you thn. Buy it

Felt sick after having this. Experienced stomach ache and what-not. Quite risky to consume, I’d say.
