First off I really liked that they didn't have a fishy taste.But people should also know that you might not want to take the full dosage they list but that they should work up to it. I started taking the three recommended capsules a day and promptly caught a cold. I stopped taking them when I was sick and got better in a few days. Then I took three again and immediately caught another cold.I did some research and it turns out that taking too much fish oil can actually lower your immune system. To stay on the safe side, I reduced my intake to one capsule a day and will gradually work up to the recommended three. So far it seems to be working and I'll try and remember to leave another review once I've been taking them long enough to see any results.

I've only been using for 4 days so I can't speak to the tangible value of using this Omega 3 oil. What I can speak to is the marketing assertion that you don't burp up fishy taste. Not true. It doesn't happen every time but it happens often and lingers for hours. RealDose asserts that the capsule dissolves in the small intestine rather than the stomach. Well if the test for that is fishy taste then that statement has to be false as well. Does it matter? Good question but when paying $50 a bottle I want to know that I'm not being made false promises. More research is in order. Update: I'm amending my rating to 3 stars since an agent of RealDose contacted me to try and 'make me happy' as well as comping me the bottle I bought. This demonstrates an earnest desire to satisfy their customers and that they stand behind their product. Still, the fact remains that you may burp up fishy taste.

This product is true to what it says. I do not burp it up at all. Also I have had issues with my back and hip due to Arthitus. There have been months when I have not re ordered this product and my pain increased immensely. Once my order arrived and I started taking it again I was able to be more comfortable.One more thing is it helps with my memory. I don't feel cloudy any longer.

I have recently introduced to my regimen as I rotate Omega 3 and felt from the description and reviews this was safe.As I have yet to finish the bottle not fair to go beyond 5 stars for the period of 3 weeks for which I have used. Omega 3 is not a" wow I feel like super woman" supplement ,but essential and this is a good formulaFor sure they are "burpless" !MLG

I have been taking Real Dose Critical Omega for about a month and a half. This product seems to have helped mme with less joint aches and pain. As far as my blood pressure being lowered by this product I have not been to go to the Dr to have my blood pressure taken. So I am not able to say if it helps with this situation or not. I will probably reorder it.

I have tried various Omega 3 over the years. I purchased this product to improve my overall health. This product reduced my cholesterol tremendously. I even received a "live" not "automated" phone call from this company to answer any question I have about this product. Fabulous customer service! My only wish is the price to be reduced for more people to be able to afford this product.

Love it! I'm a 40 year old very physically active female (running, cross fit, yoga, and HIIT training) I tried this because my left knee has been clicking when walking up the stairs. I didn't expect the clicking (not painful) to actually quit but I was hopeful. After 2 weeks of taking this I couldn't believe it but it has completely stopped! And I feel great! I'm a mom to 4 and wife and my energy levels are better too.
