Marriages Very Strong 100% Canadian White Flour - Pack Size = 5x1.5kg

Such amazing flour. I’ve tried many different brands and this one gives me the very best results. It always rises well even on colder days and the packaging is very strong unlike some brands where the paper tears as soon as you open it. One criticism, and this is not about the flour, the packaging could be a little tighter as 5 x 1.5 kg is very heavy and the bags get squashed during transit. They are covered in a strong plastic so there is never any spillage or splitting. I would recommend this flour - I’ve not seen it in any shops.

I use this bread flour all the time now, it makes wonderful sourdough because of the high protein content, but not just sourdough I use it for all my beads and it’s good value for money bought in bulk. 😁

Brilliant bread flour! this stands out as a superior grade of flour having used quite a range, when kneading the dough you can feel its nicer to work with than just strong, that very makes a world of difference. It is similar to fine Italian pizza flour ive baked a lot with too, the loaf pictured has some wholemeal in, about a 5th the total flour. Bought in a 5 pack this was very good value. The breads texture was partially down to my kneading/ other ingredients used and came out very soft with great crust.

Be aware of split bags, I ordered six , sadly one was badly split, flour everywhere! Other than that, the flour is good.
