Excellent earphones for the price! Comparable to more expensive earphones.
This is the first time I bought earphones from Xiaomi since the company is more known for their smartphones and laptops. I was remarkably surprised by the quality of these earphones, especially with its extremely budget price (<$30). The earphones themselves are extremely lightweight and have a nice metallic sleek design. The earbuds feel good in the ear, with additional sizes to choose from included. The button bar and mic are also lightweight and intuitive to use (for Android, less features for IOS). The headphone jack has a metal protector to prevent the cord from fraying, but isn't too large to interfere with phone cases. For the sound:The earphones are great in the low end. The bass is consistent, deep, and extremely solid. The mids have nice full sound to them. Finally, the highs are clear and well balanced.Overall, this is an extremely great pair of earphones to have, and for its price an absolute steal.

Unbeatable quality at this price point.
These are my favorite earbuds hands-down. I've used Xiaomi In-Ear Headphones for years, including the Piston 2.0, Piston 3.0, and two models of these "Pro" buds. The Piston models eventually broke, but I would attribute that to me using them in-home and out-of-home almost every single day for a year without any sort of protective case. My solution this time around was to buy two pairs, one for home and one for travel, to mitigate the wear I put on them. The audio quality is fantastic; enough to convince me to try Xiaomi's latest models after my old ones would break. If you've never experienced using a decent pair of earbuds/headphones, let me tell you they make generic, cheap earbuds sound like you're listening with cotton balls in your ears; it's impossible to go back. I recently tried out the ATH-M50x headphones, and in my honest opinion it was very hard for me to pick up a difference in clarity between those and these earbuds. And they cost four times as much! Yet again I was impressed at the bang-for-your-buck these earbuds provide. My only gripe with these is that there no longer seems to be a distinct model number anymore, like "Xiaomi Piston 2.0", "Xiaomi Piston 3.0", etc. It would be unfortunate if they continued to use the generic "Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro" name for all future iterations, as it would make differentiating between different models difficult. If you're looking for great sound on the cheap, I highly recommend these, especially since Xiaomi now has a US market.

Sounds balanced, durable, no mic issues and good price
Pretty good sound quality and reproduction and worth the price. There are some extremely shitty ones out there at this price point and thank God this is one of the better ones. This is also pretty durable. I have dropped it, yanked it so hard on accident that it fell out of my ears multiple times and I still have not heard any problems with people complaining about my voice or its microphone. If you like earphones with mic and have used sennheiser cx?? and sound magic es30?? , Forget the exact model numbers but the ones at this price point with similar features, you will like these. Bass does seem a little on the lower side, but this sounds overall a lot more balanced. I will update the review once it breaks :)

Good sound but needs 60hrs + burn-in for sound improvement
The sound was bass heavy & mids recessed out of the box, but mids improve and bass evens out after burn-in of 60 hours with your normal playlist at listening volume. Even if you do not believe in burn in - test this, it clearly makes a big difference. Highs are not harsh and has enough detail. Great value at this price. Quality of construction is good. The provided ear plugs did not have anough grip to form a good seal. But some spare Panasonic RP-HJE125-K ErgoFit buds fit these and made these comfortabe with good seal. This has replaced the Panasonic RP-HJE125-K which is a great nuetral sounding earbuds.

Somewhat Ok, But Overall Poor Performer
- NOTE: I edited out the original review of this product, so that I could review this product all over again, after having it for a long period of time, and having multiples. At this time of the review, I've had my original pair for about one year, and recently purchased another.Packaging -These come in a small box, inserted in the box so that they are locked in place to 'display' themselves through the box's 'window.' I'm not really a fan of how they put these in the box, since a lot of the time the wire gets bent a bit out of the box due to how it's stuffed in the box. The box includes the basic instructions pamphlets as well as the multiple tip sizes included in a little bag. No case or pouch is included.Sound -The stock sound of these is 'eh.' It might please most people, but for me, it's not really that great on its own. Make sure you're using the largest tip size you can use. These earphones have quite an impressive bass response if a proper seal is achieved. The bass goes fairly low(if you want crazy sub-bass, maybe look at the in-ear pro 2, but I didn't like the sound/feel of that one that much), and has a respectable mid-bass response, but it can get a bit bloated at times if your seal is really good. The sound is a bit on the 'forward' side, which can make things sound a bit aggressive at times. The treble isn't very even, leading to some harshness paired with the forward signature. The sound signature generally doesn't really miss many details, it's not perfect however. The sound is mostly more suited to fit more for lower-volume listening. The treble is a bit more on the grainy side as well. If I had to choose between this(In-ear Pro) and the In-Ear Pro 2, I'd choose this if you plan to play around to get it sounding right. These generally excel in hip-hop genres(if you avoid the super thin sounding songs), especially in early 2000s hip-hop. The tuning may be a little sharp on treble heavy hip-hop, and especially EDM. They can also sound fairly open, and if you get them right, the bass can be rather tight.Comfort/Design -Out of the other in-ears I tried recently, this one is one of the most comfortable I've found so far. The design is fairly small, but not too small to the point where it's just a little thing sticking out of your ear. It fits the ear fairly well. The tips included with these are on my list of top tips. The tips generally work fine with other in-ear earphones as well. The tips are fairly flexible and thin. They are pretty soft in that regard as well, so they don't really feel uncomfortable in your ear. I should also note that the nozzle on these are a little smaller than some of the others I tried, so less pressure in your ear. These have a fairly nice metal style to them, and look especially nice when new(over time they can get a bunch of scratches). The wire is reasonably sized in regards to thickness, and ends in a straight plug, with a slight texture on the plug, which adds some grippy-ness when pulling it out of 3.5mm jacks. It's also worth mentioning that the bottom part of the cable is braided, while the top portion is not.Durability -The durability of these is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, I could probably drop these things in water multiple times over and over without issue(if you let them dry, but they do come out sounding slightly different, actually better in my case, but I do not advise that), so the general durability of the in-ears themselves seem fairly high. However, the downfall of these is the cable. The cable on my first pair has worn down a lot at the Y-split, to the point where I'm worried it'll break one day. It's not necessarily an issue with the cable itself, more in the case of poor durability between things like the Y-split connection, which has no strain relief when it really should. The cable of these is overall thicker than the newer In-Ear Pro 2, which was disappointing. Inspect your cable carefully when you first take these out of the box, to make sure the cables entering the microphone/remote portion and the Y-split aren't bent. Un-bend them immediately if so, to reduce future problems there.Other notes -- These are sensitive to hiss. You should not be surprised if you end up hearing some background hiss depending on the device you are powering them from.- These can get very loud.- The microphone is eh. It's a bit muffled/sharp sounding at the same time. Not the best, but it can get the job done I suppose. Can't really ask for much out of an in-ear mic.- Remote works fine, but could be a little bit better in terms of making sure you knew what button you were pressing.- Cable noise isn't really that big of a problem.- The packaging incorrectly states this as having a 20 Hz to 40 KHz frequency response, which is a bit inaccurate. The original listings for this product had it listed as 20 Hz to 20 KHz, with only the In-Ear Pro HD being listed as 20 Hz to 40 KHz. At the time, the US Xiaomi website also correctly had it listed as 20 Hz to 20 KHz. I reported the packaging info label error, and for some reason they covered up the issue by just changing the Xiaomi USA listing to say 20 Hz to 40 KHz as well. 'shrug'Overall, the out-of-the-box sound is kind of meh(especially for video watching/content consumption), but generally ok for music. It however has a lot of potential if you poke around with different tips and/or equalizing. The design is pretty nice and comfortable, which adds to the potential value. However, just be careful with the wire at the points of concern for the cable.

Buen producto

The sound of these earbuds is really great for the price. They're also really good looking nothing too crazy just a simple clean look.Packaging was nice it made it feel like we're getting 100-150$ earbuds. All in all I really recommend anybody to buy these earbuds they're really cheap for the good quality you get.Edit:As of the 08/20/2020 one side of the earbuds decided to start dying out sadly.Bought on the 01/28/2019 so they lasted about a year and a halfStill a great product for the time they lasted.
