Updated review: June 2022: As a person with COPD, although this has helped me breathe better at night, keep in mind that this supplement will not reverse any degree of lung damage. I’ve taken this for a year straight, maybe more, and the results of my CT lung scan showed no changes. If anything, my COPD has still progressed. If parts of your lungs are damaged - don’t expect this supplement to reduce the effects. I was hoping the results of my CT scanwould have improved after a year of taking this. Tried 3 different brands which ALL contain the exact same ingredients. Check prices, ingredients and doses when choosing.Updated Nov. 2021. Been buying this product off and on. I DO notice that my chest doesn’t feel as tight after taking a capsule. As an ex-smoker, I’m able to breathe deeper and clearer. I shall stick with this brand. It’s best to try the different brands and decide which is more effective for each individual.Been taking this for about three weeks now. I’m not a hundred percent sure but I think this product has helped me a little. I’m a smoker and notice my breathing is much deeper. I’ve been sleeping faster at night too and have stopped natural sleep-aids.I had first bought this exact same formula in another brand which suggests you take 2 capsules, which will double the amount of ingredients. This brand requires only 1 capsule daily and will last two months compared to one month with the other brand.

I am a person who’s had astma my whole life.seems like with age my astma has gotten worse. No inhaler,nebulizer treatment or steroid had done half the work that this product have! I feel like pharmaceutical medication DOSENT help you get rid of it,it just lessens the symptoms. I wheeze everyday (non smoker) and take the inhaler atleast 6 times a day.I’ve been taking these for 3 days so far so good! I’m very greatful ,not breathing properly can cause alot of issues and it’s scary.I don’t even have phlegm on my chest anymore AFTER 3 DAYS.please give it a try.

I did notice after taking these an immediate difference in my congestion. I cleared up and felt, however much a placebo, I could breathe a bit better. The downside is my intestines became very constipated, and bloated. I'm not sure if the two are related but it was enough of a discomfort happening right after I started taking these, that I stopped, just to be safe. Bummer...

Honestly, I was very skeptical. I haven’t been a long term smoker but have smoked, here and there (off and on) for over ten years. I’d quit and then pick it up a year later. Why? Not a clue.Anyhow, I began taking this. Within 3 DAYS I decided to fully quit smoking. I didn’t have the anger or stress associated. Also, last time I quit, it took me weeks or months of coughing and clearing my lungs. Here I am, ten days from quitting, and I have no cough no congestion and no wheezing. I went hiking last evening and wasn’t short of breath at all.I believe that this supplement truly helped me and I plan to continue taking it through the winter months as it is not just for smokers, it’s for lung health. Will definitely buy again!

I have COPD and take supplements to help my lungs, I bought this out of curiosity because of the reviews. I've been taking this for about a month now and if I'm honest I have noticed an improvement. I generally take mullein and NAC for my lungs, I decided to switch them out and use the respiratory product. I can not believe how well my lungs feel after only 1 month of use. With this added, I'm coughing up a lot more and breathing easier. Fullness, pain, and heaviness is almost nonexistent, you have a devoted customer from now on. As a COPD sufferer, it's hard to find things that actually work. This is a must-have for me because it does what it says it will do. Thank you

I started using the product last night and I can tell a difference in how much better I feel and breath! It's rare to find a product that works so quickly. I will definitely purchase it again.

A friend recommended this to me for asthma and difficult breathing. It does seem to help open air passages on top of the Flovent inhaler my doctor gave me. I take it on cold days or days when I need more help to breathe, not daily.
