This is my first miniature house project and I'm about 60% done. The instructions are a little bit amusing but for the most part very clear. So far my only complaint is with the dining chairs - mine didn't turn out so well. You have to snip the folds of the upholstery fabric before 'sticking well' or the folds are too thick. Maybe if you've done this before you know that, but it wasn't super clear here. Other than that the instructions are friendly and cute. All the pieces are there, but you literally make every little thing. You'll need LOTS of glue: Elmer's glue, super glue, glue stick, industrial strength adhesive... =oD LOTS of glue. But it's fun, I recommend it. Very relaxing - except the dining chairs!

This was a Christmas present for my daughter and she loves it. It's a little tedious to put together and should be fine with an adults help if your kid is younger like mine (11). She's working on it with her daddy and they are having fun. She can't wait to display it in her room when they are done.This is a well made model house and a great project for those that like doing these kind of things. Lots of little pieces and time consuming but worth it.

If you by mistake have purchased this product, I would say, return it. Don't even think of buying it. Actually, a one-star is also a lot, I would have loved to give a negative. Firstly it is expensive. Secondly, it's superbly, extremely small details. It's like you are doing a nano project. I bet you will have glasses after finishing this House (if you ever can). It's been more than 6 months and every time I take it out to complete I work for 3-4 hours and keep it back. I have spent more than 60 hrs till now and it's not even halfway done. My guess is this house will take more than 120 hrs to build. Do not expect its booklet to be helpful. You have to be an analyst to know what needs to be where and what is there in which packet. Things are so small that a finger cant hold it. Ideally they should provide smaller detail things premade.

I am retired and like to be busy. I love detail work and this project didn't disappoint. This was my first attempt at mini house building. I wish I would have started with a smaller house as this was a lot. I love the outcome of the project. My concerns would be the english translation of the instructions are not clear in some places. Another, is the pictures need to be zoomed in on some to see exactly how to assemble. It does take a while to find the different components that need to be put together. Finally, some of the wood pieces were a little warped and difficult to glue straight. I feel a sense of accomplishment though and would like to do another.

My only complaint is that the instructions are written in a very broken form of English. I can see how this could make a highly enjoyable hobby an extremely frustrating endeavor. Please fix it!

First of all, don't believe these reviews unless there's a picture of the finished product attached! I bought this in June to give my son and I something to do during quarantine. We started building the house, but gave up after 3 days. Every single piece has to be cut and/or glued. Nothing in this kit is pre-assembled. From the flooring, to the fake water in the pool, to the little fabrics for the furniture. Each piece must be cut and glued together. And the pieces are tiny. The instructions aren't very easy to follow either. You will be working on this house forever. It is adorable, but it's just too tedious.

This one was fun! Extremely well made parts and easy to assemble. Take patience but worth it!
