I recently got this Turkish towel from Haber Homes and I’m quite satisfied with it.+ It absorbs as good as traditional towels ;+ very soft on the skin+ It is very thin and light ;+ dries out quickly , (so there is no mildew-smelling towel)+ easy to carry ;+ Versatile for bath and beach !!! Perfect pool towel as well . You can also use these are sarong / wrap .+ the length is good ~ 30” x 60” .+ the colour doesn’t run out on wash+ very less shrinkage post wash- The absorbency before the first few washes is not so good but gradually it improves.What’s best about this is that I’ve been using it as my travel towel . It works as a1. bath towel ;2. travel beach towel ( because they’re big and absorbent ) ;3. A sarong / wrap ; ( I’m 5’4” and 53 kg , I don’t think it would fit anyone larger as it was a sung fit around my neck )4. picnic blanket ;5. (This is different )– its thin so it is pretty easy to tie it into a beach bag so you won’t need to carry an extra bag to the beach !! hah!So far the tassels have not come undone - I’ve washed it like 7 times already and they’re intact. I have no complaints so far and I only wish I’d found them sooner. Though the price is a wee bit steep , I recommend this product .Additional info :For those of you who’re curious to know what a Turkish Towel is :Turkish towels are also known as Peshetmal , Hammam or Fouta . These are made from 100% Turkish cotton . Turkish cotton is a premium cotton which has extra long fibres. This is not at all Turkish style towel, let's get that clear. Turkish towles are quite thick and fibrous.1. This is a thin towel, as thin as any of the khadi/cotton towels (made in India) if you have ever used or say as thin as your bedsheets.2. Costly as per the thickness, you can get 2 Turkish towel for this price or pack of 4 to 5 khadi/cotton towels (made in India) from Amazon itself.3. But it is quite good to skin (mens, ladies and kids)4. Absorbs really good.5. Dries pretty fast.6. Length is decent as per our normal XL towels.7. Need to be careful while washing, can't do hard wash.I wouldn't recommend it that much as per the price as its not imported but made in India. And you can get excellent cotton towels that are made in India here on Amazon itself at the best price.The choice is always yours. ☺️
