I purchased their refill ink - brother ink lc203 for my MFC J5520-DW printer. Avoid. It damaged my cartridges. 0) Practically Zero instructions 1) there is no way to know how much to fill. The ink leaks out.2) When I refilled the cartridges, the printer panel showed the cartridges were full. 3) It was printing excessive magenta.4) Now the printer panel shows magenta and black cartridges as empty. 5) no way to reset printer chip.Update. When I try to refill it again now it shows an x mark on the panel I believe my magenta and black cartridges are damaged.I contacted the seller/manufacturer COLBOYD but all he could say was - buy a new set of refill cartridges. If what he was saying is true, then how was I able to refill these cartridges in Costco for years?They recently stopped cartridge refilling service.

These bottles make it easy to refill the reservoir for my printer. No need to fill and empty syringes multiple times. The print quality looks comparable to what I have used in the past.

It saves me lot of money as original replacement is so expensive. I will keep ordering it as it's easy doable and compatible with my printer.

Only little tiny needles didn't come out from the box. The print quality is good enough. I recommend.
