LimbSaverAirTech Precision-Fit Recoil Pad for Wood Stocks

This was a simple, perfect replacement for my Benelli Nova tactical, non-pistol grip model. It wasn’t listed on any chart so I took a chance. Took less than 10 minutes to swap it out, very happy with this!

This product reduces the recoil by a ton!. Before when I would shoot sporting clays around 200 shells a session; after about 100 shells, my shoulder would hurt a lot; to the point where shooting was not fun anymore. My shoulder was bruised and very painful. With this buttpad; I have no more pain or bruising on my shoulder at all; this made my shotgun pleasurable to shoot. This buttpad was used on a CZ Redhead Premier. The fit was not perfect and I had to do some drilling; but in the end it did the job very well. Get this pad, have your shotgun fitted, and then have a gunsmith cut the stock of your shotgun and install this buttpad perfectly; where the pad is a flush fit. I highly recommend this pad,; 10/10, will recommend to others.

Got this for my Ruger Hawkeye African (.416). It kicked like a mule with the stock stock pad, about four or five shots were all I could tolerate. After installation there is a very noticeable reduction in recoil force, I could probably shoot all day (if the rounds weren't $5 a pop!). The suggested model for this rifle did not fit perfectly, I had to drill new holes and do a fair bit of sanding/grinding, but it didn't take too long.

I really liked that this pad fit my walnut Remington V3 perfectly! It was easy to install and get the fit to the stock to be near seamless. It maintains the heel and toe lines properly. I primarily bought this pad because I was trying to reduce the length of pull on my Remington V3 from the factory 14 5/8 to 14 1/4-14 3/8 inch. This pad brought it down to exactly 14 3/8 inch which is dead-solid-perfect for me.The only negative to date (I have not yet shot with it installed) is that the pad surface itself is very tacky and sticky feeling. I noticed it immediately when I removed it from its package. I am hoping that either will improve over time or I may have to address with some clear fingernail polish or black electricians tape. My concern is that the gun will "hang up" some when mounting which is a no-no. I have placed a call to Limb Saver to see what they recommend. I doubt they will have much to advise in that area. The stickiness is why I rated it as 4 stars. I am sure it will handle recoil well so not worried about that.

Needed to replace the petrified stock recoil pad on my old Mossberg 835 turkey gun. The unique 3" hole spacing of the synthetic stock meant I couldn't use the normal grind-to-fit pads, as they're all a 3.125" hole spacing. The only pads I could find were pre-fit, and I haven't had the best experience with them fitting in the past. I decided to give it another go, and the results were amazing! I can't say every shotgun will be like mine, but for my 835, the fit was perfect! Holes lined up correctly, and the pad size was as though it was designed by the factory. Using the supplied screws, it took only a minute to install, and you have a little "wiggle" room to adjust the fit to be even on all sides. Tightened everything down, and job done. I won't comment as far as recoil reduction goes, as that's subjective to everyone. I will say it's better than the rock-hard pad that was on there, though that is true of pretty much any new pad. I highly recommend!

This fits the composite stock Winchester SX4 perfectly. The Model I went with was the 10800!!! Slightly off but nothing noticeable. Great pad, let’s see how it does at the range tomorrow. Highly recommend so far!

This model does not fit a new stainless wood stocked Ruger M77. Holes are at least 3/16” off.Still super squishy and will probably work well were it to fit.

Model 10810 fits Benelli Vinci. Original Benelli stock pad is made of cheap foam and it disintegrates very fast. Replaced with this Limbsaver and although it does not list Vinci as compatible model, it fits perfectly with no issue. Not much difference on recoil comparing with the Benelli stock but it is much more durable.

Product fit the gun perfectly and it works as intended. Very little to no kickback now.

Replaced the stock recoil pad when I purchased my 12ga Mossberg pump and WOW, what a difference! The original one felt like there was a piece of 2x4 on the end - hard as heck! Shoulder also took a pounding. These limbsaver recoil pads really are awesome and really do work! Takes away at least 50% of the felt recoil compared to the stock pad and is much easier on the shoulder.

Fits great on my tikka T3x Lite 300 Win Mag. The original stock was a real shoulder punisher. The Limbsaver makes my gun feel like 308 or a 270. You still feel the recoil of course but it does't hurt at all, i could shoot it all day. Don't hesitate, get one!
