I really enjoyed reading this book.was lovely and informative and easy to understand and take some inspiring tips from.

i loved this book. its like having a holistic dr living in your bookshelf. its easy to read and not full of things you have never heard of. its a great way to treat minor ailments naturaly and with things you already have in your cupboard.

I find this book user friendly and well put together. The images are good and the information useful, I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to take the first steps in leading a healthier lifestyle.

Good moisturiser for my cellulitis find it soothing

If you intend to buy any products from this company and have sensitive skin, don't buy from them. Their products are very irritating and do not work. Their sunscreen is absolute rubbish rather than been protected I got burnt. Sudocream works better than their sunscreen, that says it all. Their rose base products are terrible for sensitive skin.

This book is really awesome. I found it at the library one time, and then had to buy it so I could keep it for future reference. (And I'm not a book person)It's extremely easy to read. The font is big, each page has 50-100 words, but it's really informative. It gives you really simple charts about different herbs, tinctures, remedies, and it also has a detox plan for you to follow.Nicely constructed, looks good on the shelf. I would recommend it if you just want some easy-to-learn remedies and not an entire dictionary.

Good book with lots of the useful information! It is very easy to follow. I use homeopathics and herbs so it was very helpful.
