My family absolutely LOVES this wrap. Shipping was quick and packaging was great. We've used it both heated for relaxing (holds heat throughout the entire wrap for a long period of time) and cooled as my husband is working to keep his knee from being further injured. The lavender smell is great but definitely not overwhelming. I am VERY happy with this product as my entire family can benefit from it. Thank you Swanky Stitchery!!!

This product is wonderful. The lavender essential oil scent is not overpowering, but is soothing. It's a great product to relieve aching neck/trap muscles and to help relieve tension headaches. Definitely follow the instructions though and heat in the microwave in increments! My microwave at home is very weak, so I was getting away with zapping it for 2 minutes at a time without a problem. But when I took it to work, that microwave is much stronger and unfortunately, it caused some of the beads to kind of melt and extrude out of the fabric since I didn't heat it in increments. I since replaced it and have used it MANY times, and now that I only heat it in increments, I have not had this issue again.

This heats up easily and holds heat well. However I was shocked that the tag indicates that it may have to be replaced in six months or so if I use it a lot. I was not looking for a disposable item and wish this had been indicated on the website.

It’s very soft. My son likes to use it cold, but it doesn’t stay cold very long. On the packaging it says it is scented with lavender, but I don’t smell any lavender at all. The beads are not very comfortable and they fall to the ends. Whoever made it should have sown separate sections so the beads are evenly disbursed.

It is just what was needed to help with neck and TMJ muscles. Soft and comfortable and soothing smell but not overwhelming. Very pleased with the description and the previous reviews were helpful to know what to expect. Does not disappoint.

This works grest when you suffer from tension headaches. I sometimes heat mine up before leaving the house and wear it in the car... it looks like a scarf so you can get away with it.I know it says to heat it up in 30sec intervals but I don’t do that... i set my microwave to 2min and it comes out nice and hot every time.

followed the heating instructions as it states on package, and the very first time I used, the fabric started ripping apart and the beads started falling out. either horrible quality or defective item.

This is the best heating wrap I've purchased, not cheaply made, high quality and beads are amazing! Heats up well in the microwave. Smells good not too strong and the beads inside are the perfect weight.
