Works great on all baking needs requiring baking powder.

I used this for years in Europe. The baking powder flavour is much reduced compared to conventional brands available in supermarkets.

Much better than any American baking powder

Been using for at least 20 years. I am originally from Italy and this is one of the most used brands since back in the days. However, this is not yeast; it is sodium bicarbonate based I believe. However, I use it for all my baking of sweet items like chocolate or apple pies/cakes. I make chocolate pear coffee cake and other family recepes and they come out always really good. I love the flavor because it contains vanillin already and adds a nice twist to the recipe.

This yeast is perfect. The only issue I had that it came completely crushed so I had to throw it away and couldn't use it. But I have used it many times while living overseas

I purchased this to make an Orange Cake Recipe from Christina's Cuchina. It is amazing, smells wonderful and the homemade cake is delicious.
