Bought it for an aftermarket Sega and they work beautifully

For those in the know, for some reason Sega Genesis controllers work for the Atari 2600 and provide for more accurate inputs and higher durability than the original joysticks. I wasn't sure if this third party model would work as well, but it does, the inputs are just as accurate, and it is a cheaper option than hunting down more original joysticks (plus the joysticks tend to be pretty fragile compared to contemporary controllers).Can't speak for their functioning on an actual Genesis, but a great deal for those going especially retro with the Atari 2600.

You get exactly what is advertised and it's functional. It's a little small for my large hands and the D pad is a little weird, but that could also be because I haven't played Sega Genesis since I was a kid.

The controller pad fell off while playing had to put it back on. The buttons are hard to push.

Solid quality just started to get annoyed because I plugged them then and they weren't working...until I powered the system down then back up. So good buy just wanted to inform everyone. Lol

Never hurts to have extra retro controllers. Well made and work as good as originals.

The movement button on the controller breaks easily. I had one for a 2 days and it broke after a couple of hours of use. I returned it for a replacement, and that one broke also within a 2 days. Cheap quality on these. The length of the connection wire is a bit short, too. You are better off spending the money for a better quality controller as this one will break on you.

Immediately tested the 2 controllers on my original Sega Genesis and they both work perfect. They are smaller than the original controller but that too is perfect for my 2 young boys. Can't wait for them to get home so they can finally play Sonic and Tails together. I definitely recommed these controllers.

They shipped out fast and when they arrived they worked! I just got myself a retron and needed controllers for the classic systems. I was nervous they wouldn't work but they did! I am reliving childhood sonic fun thanks to these genesis controllers!
