The media could not be loaded.  ADT wanted $159 installation and $40 a month to install four cameras (plus one indoor one). I got this 4 camera system for less than what it would cost me for half of what it would cost me for one year of ADT install and monitoring. The system will more pay for itself in ADT savings even if it only last a year. This was much easier to set up than I thought. I just plugged the man system into power, attached the cable to my wifi router, then plugged in the cameras. They all showed up with no problem at all. The day time vision is great color with fine detail, and the night time is very good black and white. I then downloaded the free APP onto my phone. Getting that set up was a little tricky and you have to follow the directions carefully, but it only took 15 minutes. Now that I know how to do it, it should only take 5. This device even creates a QR code for you to scan that configures your remote Iphone set up. It is really a great system. AND, you can set it up in so many ways like full time recording, separate motion-activated recording to more easily find events. And it even automatically overwrites the hard drive when it is full or deletes files that are 30 days old. You can even play recordings of events on your phone if you are on vacation. I can't say enough good things about this system. You don't need to buy anything else, it is all there in the package, even extension cords for the power to the cameras. Highly recommended! Better than expected. I use three cameras to cover my home's exterior, and I mounted one camera to a plastic board that I can set up to monitor the dog and the home interior when I'm gone - that lets me place it anywhere, just plug it in to power and it connects to the system. As easy as that. Plus they are waterproof and rated for outside. You can even set the screen to go off to save energy, but the system still records. Just use the mouse (included) to reactivate the screen, just like a regular computer. This is a legit review from a customer not related to the manufacturer. PS - I complain about a lot of things but can find nothing to complain about with this product.

Don't waste your money on this junk unless you want to sit in front of it all the time. You can't go back and review anything on the hard drive without the whole system freezing up. There is no such thing as Crystal Vision Customer Support returning calls because they won't return them. I have left 4 detailed messages and have yet to receive any assistance.You can't go online to check software updates due to their website being "unsecure". So. please continue shopping for a different brand and don't waste your money like I did.

Very easy to set up. Took less than 15 minutes. The picture has great quality and can reach long distances. The only draw back are the cords. We can't get internet where we live so it's just something we will deal with. The cords are very small and easy to hide through windows. I would definitely buy again.

The system seems to be of good quality, and generally works as advertised. As for tech support, despite numerous attempts I have not been able to make contact with them. I currently have an outstanding trouble ticket in their web based help desk system which is at 3 weeks and counting without even an acknowledgement. Horrible.

It is much better than my old unit.

Have this installed on my vacation home. Works great. IP Pro does not work when I am hooked up to a VoIP. Other wise works properly. Police stopped by last month and asked to check our videos because of a bank robbery not far from us. He stated "I wish everyone's camera video quality was a good as ours". Not bad for a relatively inexpensive security package.I haven't used tech support yet, so no rating

The item was returned to Amazon. I really believe the item is good. I just had problems with interference from other items. I do not think in anyway that this video package is bad. It just wouldn't work in my place. Sorry.
