Not what’s advertised
Not a flat tip as shown. Already have this kind and due to my patient jerk movements due to epilepsy, it can hurt their nostrils

Item delivered was not the same as delivered
It was not the same as it appeared on the photo. The item I received had an additional ring close to the tip. I use this item to suction a stoma. The additional ring made the item not fit. Very disappointing.

Doesn’t fit standard suction tubing
It doesn’t fit the tubing and falls out. It doesn’t get good auction because the end is too small.
